Guided by seasoned practitioners, you'll delve into breathwork, purpose-driven reflection, visualisation meditation, and guided journaling. Then, channel your creativity as you design and create a personalized affirmation bangle, infused with your intentions and aspirations.
Following the creative session, immerse yourself in moments of tranquility and relaxation with candle meditation, tea meditation, movement meditation, and a soothing sound bath. Conclude the journey by sharing your experiences and insights in a nurturing and supportive circle of like-minded individuals.
