Our Customisation Process

At Inari Jewellery, we cherish the opportunity to translate your vision into one-of-a-kind treasures that represents your story. Our custom jewellery process is meticulously crafted by our team of artisans, allowing you to express your unique identity and create pieces that speak to your personal style and narrative.
Your custom journey begins here:
i) Initial enquiry
It all starts with an idea or inspiration. If you have been wanting to customise a piece of jewellery that is truly unique to yourself, why not start here.
To ensure that your enquiry is received, you can fill out our Custom Jewellery Enquiry form below to share with us some key information that will help us envision the piece that we can create together. We will try our very best at this stage to provide some ballpark estimate of investment but this will largely depend on the finalised design, price of gold/silver at that point in time, as well as other consideration.

ii) Design consultation
Once we have a clear understanding of your vision, we'll schedule a 15 minutes consultation to discuss the details of your custom piece. Consultation can be done in our studio or online.
This is an opportunity for us to refine the idea, initial design sketches, select materials, and address any questions or concerns you may have. Our team will guide you through the process, offering expert advice and personalised recommendations along the way.
iii) Design & approval
With your input, our team will begin crafting a detailed design proposal that brings your vision to life.
You'll have the opportunity to review and provide feedback on the design, ensuring that every aspect meets your expectations.
Once the design is finalised and approved, we will then provide an investment price for the piece.
iv) Confirmation & Production
In order to begin production, we will require a 50 - 70% deposit payment to cover for materials and our artisan's time.
Using only the finest materials and meticulous craftsmanship, our artisans will begin bringing your custom piece to life.
Whether it's hand-setting gemstones, shaping precious metals, or adding intricate details, each step of the creation process is carried out with care.
We will keep you updated on the progress of your piece every step of the way. This process will take anywhere between 6 - 10 weeks upon confirmation. If you have a specific timeline, please do flag this early on within the enquiry form.
iv) Completion
After weeks of dedicated work, your custom piece is finally ready to be unveiled. We'll carefully inspect and polish your jewellery to ensure it meets our standards and quality.
Once approved by you, we will then request for the remaining payment before we securely package and deliver it to your doorsteps, ready to be treasured for years to come. Alternatively, you can also book an appointment to pick up from our studio.
