Design Consultation

Once we understand your vision, we'll schedule a 30-minute consultation in-store or online.

This is where we refine concepts, explore initial sketches, select materials, and address your questions. Our team will guide you with personalised recommendations.

Design & Approval

With your input, our team will create a detailed design proposal.

You can review and provide feedback to ensure every detail aligns with your expectations. Once approved, we'll present the final investment amount.

Confirmation & Production

A 50-70% deposit is required to begin production, covering materials and craftsmanship.

Our artisans will craft your piece with precision, using the finest materials. From hand-setting gemstones to shaping metals, each step is done with care.

Production takes 6-10 weeks from confirmation. If you have a timeline, please inform us early.

We'll keep you updated throughout the process.

Completion

After weeks of craftsmanship, your bespoke piece will be ready.

Each piece undergoes a final polish and inspection. Once approved, we'll request the remaining balance before securely packaging and delivering your jewellery.

Begin Your Bespoke Journey

Before submitting your enquiry, here are a few things to note:

  • Materials

    We specialise in sterling silver, 14k, 18k yellow gold, white gold, and platinum.

  • Initial Consultation

    Every bespoke enquiry includes a complimentary 30-minute consultation to discuss your ideas, inspirations, lifestyle, and preferences. A preliminary moodboard will also be prepared to help visualise the design direction.

  • Timeline

    Most bespoke pieces require approximately 8–10 weeks from design confirmation, depending on complexity.

  • Deposit

    A non-refundable RM1,000 deposit is required to begin the design process and cover initial materials and development. This will be deducted from the final price.

  • Pricing

    Custom designs begin from RM800 for sterling silver and RM2,500 for solid gold. Please note that bespoke pieces are individually crafted, and final pricing may vary depending on factors such as material weight, gemstone selection, design complexity, craftsmanship, and finishing details. As such, we are only able to provide an estimated range during the initial discussion.
