Shipping & Orders

• As every piece is handmade to order, note that your order will typically take 8 - 10 working days to prepare before being shipped.

• If you need your order in a shorter period of time, you can add on the option "Rush Order" to your basket with a small fee and we will prioritise your order and ship it out within 2 - 4 working days

• We currently ship to most places worldwide. Just add products to your cart and cost of shipping will be auto-generated based on delivery address during checkout

• Our shipping cost does not include any custom tax that may be charged in your respective countries. Customers will be responsible for any custom charges (if any)

• We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Do read our Return Policy for more details on refunds, exchanges and repairs

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or simply changed your mind, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order

The following Return Policy will apply for all orders:

• We do not accept returns of earrings due to hygiene reasons. However, if earrings are unworn and arrived with defects, please contact us as soon as your order is received. We will assess these on a case-by-case basis

• Note that we also do not accept refund/exchanges for any personalised items (including stamped rings and specific-sized rings), non-jewellery items (ring sizer) and other sale items

• For all returns/exchanges/repair services, please contact us at quoting your order number for instructions. Item(s) you wish to return/exchange must be unused and in the same condition as you received it (including original packaging)

• You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs when returning the item; shipping costs are non-refundable

• Do consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing insurance for any items above RM 300. Any items that do not reach us are the responsibility of the customer

• Once we have received and inspected the item(s), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. For refund, a full refund of the item(s), excluding any delivery charges, will be processed within 10 days. For exchanges, please return the item(s) and purchase the new item(s) as a separate order. We will also ensure that refund of the initial item(s) are processed within 10 days upon inspection. Exchanges only applies once per order


• We are happy to offer free repair service within the first month of purchase. However, if damage is caused by customer’s mis-use, free repair will not be covered. Shipping cost for any repairs will also be borne by customer.

• Please submit your Repair Request form here for our team to assess. We will revert back to you on next steps between 3 - 5 working days

• If you would like for your item to be repaired after the initial month, we are happy to do so. A small fee to cover fixes, materials and one way shipment of RM 50 will apply. Customer will be responsible to ship the item back to us including the shipment fee to send the item back.

• Note that any tarnishing or discolouration due to chemical contact and water contact (for specific gemstones) is the customer’s responsibility. Please refer to the Care Instruction and Gemstone Guide for proper care instructions

• Normal wear and tear is to be expected over time and pieces might not be as lustrous as first purchase. To ensure longevity, keep your jewellery clean, store safely and polish lightly when dull


• We can personalise selected existing jewellery designs within our collection. Personalisation includes:
i) sizing requirements
ii) semi-precious stones selection

Sizing Guide

• Given that most of our pieces are made to order, we can tailor the sizes if necessary. If you don’t see a size that suits you, please do drop us an email at or direct message us on our Instagram page to inquire. Alternatively, you can also include a note upon checkout to let us know the specific size/length would be required

Our pieces are made from high-quality and authentic metals. We currently work with sterling silver, gold filled and gold-plated metals.

Sterling Silver - consists of 92.5% pure silver, it is considered a precious metal. The remaining 7.5% of the alloy, typically copper, is used to strengthen the silver without compromising on its appearance. Sterling silver may tarnish over time if unworn, but can be easily cleaned with a polishing cloth to bring back its lustre

Gold-Filled - Gold filled is made up of multiple layers of solid gold, pressure-bonded to a core of high-quality jeweller's brass using extreme heat. This results in a thick layer of real gold with greater durability compared to gold vermeil and gold plating. Gold-filled contains 100x more gold content than gold plating and vermeil. It is the best alternative to solid gold, offering an ideal balance of quality and value

Gold Plated - whilst gold plating does not last anywhere as long as gold-filled, we currently do still offer limited pieces made from gold-plating to ensure that as consumers, you have choices in the jewellery that you purchase given value and purpose. Our gold-plating are high quality PVD plating over jeweller's brass

As for gemstones, all our gemstones are ethically sourced from factories and other small business owners that practice and share values that Inari upholds. Most of our gemstones are sourced from Jaipur, China and the US

Care Instructions

• Store your jewellery in air-tight bags (zip lock bag works great!), especially unworn sterling silver pieces

• To clean your jewellery, use a soft bristled toothbrush and lukewarm diswashing liquid. Pat dry with towel

• Avoid exposure of your jewellery in chlorine, pool, spa and sea water as this will damage the gold on your piece

• Depending on the semi-precious stones selected, there are specific care required for each. Refer to our Gemstone Guide for more details

Opal and Turquoise are porous stones and should not be exposed to water. Any exposure to water will cause these stones to lose its colour and clarity. If accidentally wet, pat dry stones with cloth and allow to air dry for 24 hours to avoid cracking of stones
